1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and juan365app ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at juan365app.club ("the Platform" or "the Site").

juan365app reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the juan365app Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. juan365app employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your juan365app account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. juan365app shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juan365app login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify juan365app immediately via the support channels provided on the Platform.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

juan365app is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

juan365app accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and direct bank transfer to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

juan365app does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not supported on the Platform.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits made to your juan365app account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your juan365app account. juan365app reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. juan365app is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the juan365app Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion costs incurred by the Player are the Player's sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

juan365app offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• juan365app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. juan365app reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player is exploiting bonus offers.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the juan365app Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules expressly state otherwise.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, juan365app will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the juan365app Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the juan365app Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of juan365app or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of juan365app.

9. Privacy & Data

12. Amendments to These Terms

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact juan365app's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for the Company to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
